01FREE SHIPPING
All orders are shipped for free across Morocco. No minimum order is required.
02DELIVERY TIME
- Orders are prepared and handed to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public and religious holidays.
- During new drops, promotions, or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer. We will contact you if your order is delayed.
03ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you place your order, our team may call or message you on the phone number you provided to confirm your order and address. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. Orders we cannot confirm may be delayed or cancelled.
04DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver within Morocco only.
05RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
- Please check your package when you receive it.
- If your package is damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will fix it.
06FAILED DELIVERY
If the courier cannot reach you after several attempts, or the order is refused without a valid reason, the order will be returned to us and cancelled.
