• All prices are shown in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD / dh) and include taxes.
• Shipping is free across Morocco.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

05ORDERS

• Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
• We may contact you by phone to confirm your order before shipping.
• We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock issue, suspected fraud, or if we cannot confirm the order. If you have already paid, you will be fully refunded.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days across Morocco. See our Shipping Policy for details.

07RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange your items, under the conditions described in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
